TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of and
purchasing merchandise from the Mondo Tackle website at
www.MondoTackle.com.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability:
All information that is provided on this Site is subject to
change without notice. We make every attempt to avoid errors
in pricing and product information. While efforts have been
made to make this site helpful and accurate, if a mistake
does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we
apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. All
materials posted on this site are ‘as is’ and without
warranties express or implied. Mondo Tackle disclaims all
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. Mondo Tackle does not warrant that functions
contained on this site will be uninterrupted or error free,
that defects will be corrected or that this site or the
server are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Mondo Tackle does not represent or warrant the use of the
materials on this site in terms of their correctness,
accuracy, reliability or otherwise. In no event shall Mondo
Tackle be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages including., without
limitation, lost business, profits, or opportunity, business
interruption or loss of programs or data, even if Mondo
Tackle is expressly advised or otherwise aware of the
possibility of such damages, whether in an action for breach
or contract, tort or otherwise.
Payment Policy:
We currently accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard
American Express or
Discover only.
Delay In Order Processing:
All information provided by you when placing your order,
such as billing/shipping address and phone number(s) will be
used to verify your payment. Incorrect information or lack
of will result in delay or cancellation in which it may
impact actual shipping date of products. Mondo Tackle will
not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages and/or expenses resulting
from this delay.
Shipping Policy:
Mondo Tackle puts forth great effort to ensure that all
orders are shipped in a timely manner and at a reasonable
cost. However, we will not guarantee the delivery date of
any order. All orders placed on this site are subject to
product availability and will be shipped according to our
shipping policy.
Shipping Destinations:
Mondo Tackle currently ships worldwide to any street
address. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Some rural
and/or military sites may not be accessible to all of our
shippers. In these cases, we will attempt to notify you and
help arrange for you to pick up the order at the shipper’s
main terminal. Each order may only have one “ship to”
address. If you require multiple “ship to” address, please
order separately for each address.
Shipping Locations:
All orders are FOB Kansas City, Kansas. All shipping charges
are automatically calculated using this point of origin. In
some cases. Product(s) will be shipped directly to a
customer from the manufacturer. Freight costs, if any will
be calculated using this manufacturer as the point of
origin.
Shipping Methods and Charges:
Mondo Tackle ships orders to both commercial addresses and
residential addresses. Commercial addresses are defined as
business addressees situated on commercially zoned real
estate, as determined by the freight carrier. Residential
addresses include homes, apartments, condominiums, and other
dwellings designated by the carrier as a residential
address. Deliveries to residential addresses may incur
additional fees.
Most orders are shipped via UPS or any common carrier
depending on location. The shipping charges are
automatically calculated online based on both the weight and
dimensions of the carton in which your order will be
shipped. Some oversized or heavy items requiring special
handling may be placed on a wooden pallet and shipped via
common carrier (freight truck). Common carrier shipments are
delivered curbside, that is, at the end of the driveway or
along the street curb. Commercial addressees with loading
docks will have the delivery made at the dock.
Mondo Tackle does not ship orders C.O.D
Split Shipments and Backorders:
Mondo Tackle will make every attempt to ship your order
within one shipment. When it is not possible to ship your
entire order from one location, we will split the order and
ship from multiple store locations. Mondo Tackle will drop
ship equipment and/or supplies directly from our
manufacturers to you when the need arises due to an out of
stock situation, reduced shipping time, etc. If any order is
placed on backorder status we will notify you via phone to
explain the situation and offer a solution.
Delivery Time:
All Delivery times are estimates. Orders are usually
processed and ready to ship within 1-2-business days
(business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
CST). Most products ship out of our Kansas City, Kansas
location, however some items will be shipped directly from
the manufacturer. Common carrier delivers range from 1 to 10
days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the
shipping origin. UPS ground shipping can take anywhere from
1 to 6 days. If local delivery, shipping will go out same
day or next day delivery with local surcharge added to
invoice. Any Products listed, as “Special Order” will be
shipped at the earliest possible date.
Mondo Tackle does not guarantee the timely delivery of any
item.
Orders Damaged In Shipping:
Great care is taken when packing your order, but on rare
occasions, errors may take place. When you receive your
order, you should always do the following: Inspect the
entire shipment for visible damage prior to accepting the
shipment, and note any damages on the delivery ticket/bill
of lading before the delivery person leaves. For packages
left at your doorstep, inspect the exterior of the carton(s)
and note any large dents or tears on your packing slip
(invoice).
Unpack your order immediately and check for completeness and
damage to items.
Verify number of packages delivered with the packaging slip
provide by Mondo Tackle
Should any damaged or missing items be discovered the
shipping carton and any inner packaging and request
inspection immediately from the carrier as well as make a
written request to the carrier. Then call Mondo Tackle
within 2 days of any problems with items or damage.
Please Note: Mondo Tackle is not responsible for any damaged
or missing merchandise if shipment is signed for as being
complete and unharmed. Mondo Tackle will arrange for return
shipping to our distribution center for an item that was
sent to you in error, received defective, or damaged in
shipping (assuming the criteria for the order check-in
procedure outlined above has been reasonably met).
Return/ Exchange Policy:
For any exchange or return, all items must be in the
original condition, including the box, packaging, and all
accessories. They must also be free of any writing. All
returns and exchanges must be authorized. Any unauthorized
items will not be accepted and will be shipped back at your
expense.
No Items that have been used, custom manufactured or made to
order may be returned.
Non-defective stock products returned for an exchange or
refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned
opened or in a non-factory sealed box. Stock products
returned in new and unopened condition will receive a full
refund, less shipping charges.
No returns or exchanges will be authorized past 30 days from
receipt.
Shipping Cost:
When returning an item shipping charges will be the
responsibility of the customers on orders that are shipped
by Mondo Tackle in good faith and are returned to us due to
incorrect shipping information. Charges related to shipping,
delivery and/or installation are nonrefundable after the
service has been performed. Any items shipped in error of
Mondo Tackle then Mondo Tackle will cover shipping fees.
Refunds:
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with
our return policy requirements, the purchase price will be
refunded (less restocking fees if applicable) using the
method of original payment. Note that credit card refunds
will only be issued to the original card that was charged
for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for all credit to post
to your account.
Please Note customers with open accounts with Mondo Tackle
will not be able to take Internet credit(s) to offset
in-house invoices.

Mondo Tackle are protected under U.S. and International
Copyright Law. All prices are per unit, unless specified.
